Normally such meetings attract little interest but in this case Chapel Allerton's first team were aiming for a big return in their belated bid to wrest the title from Wigginton. A 4-1 win for the first team was not surprising.

Meanwhile, the second team managed to secure eight points which could prove vital at the top and bottom of the table when issues are decided.

Currently Chapel's first team are 16 points behind Wigginton but with a maximum of 20 points available from each fixture such leads can soon be eroded.
